1. If you want to cancel the order before the parcel is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We only charge transaction fees from PayPal or other platforms (if existing), which is 3.6% of the total amount. This fee is not charged by us, but by PayPal company. 96.4% of the remaining total amount will be fully refunded to your account.
2. If the order is canceled due to our lack of stock, we will refund 100% of the order amount to your account.
3. If the outer box is damaged due to logistics reasons, please be sure to check whether the product is in good condition. Once the product inside is damaged or wet as well, please be sure to reject it and contact us the first time. In this case, you need to contact the logistics to settle the claim, so be sure to take good photos as evidence.
4. If it is for other reasons such as dissatisfaction with the choice of color, please contact us the first time, we will support a return or exchange within 15 days you receive the parcel, but you have to pay the return shipping freight, meanwhile, some detailed product pictures are supplied to ensure that the product is complete and unused, which will not affect the second sale.
5. If there are wrinkles on the product after taking it apart, don't panic. This one can be removed by heating during installation (the vinyl is designed this way), it's not a defect and you can keep using it.
6. Please pay high attention that there are no returns, no refunds, or replacements after the types of vinyl have been installed. Vinyl at various times may come from various lots, nobody can guarantee a perfect match in terms of hue or pattern.
7. If any product quality problems during installation, please stop the installation immediately, and please contact us within 15 days from receiving the goods, and provide some clear and effective photos or videos. After being judged by our research team, we will be happy to return it to you if it is a quality problem indeed.
8. We disclaim any responsibility for damage to the vehicle's body, membrane surface, or product resulting from negligent maintenance procedures brought on by disasters, external forces, or potent acid-base materials.
9. The vinyl should be removed expertly by the building team. We shall not be held liable for any illegal activity by the owner that results in harm to the vinyl body or paint surface.
